Before you ever sign a contract with eFour Homes, we’ll provide an expert FREE valuation of your property. Our agents are local area experts and are the best placed people to give you an accurate and insightful valuation of your home. Our valuations are completely free, and our agents will even give you tips on how best to stage your home ready for sale on the open market.
Marketing Your Property
Property promotion is the key to your sale. We will ensure your property gets maximum exposure. We will take professional pictures to showcase your property and advertise them on our website and all major property portals including Right Move, Zoopla and On the Market. We will also create a digital e-brochure of your property and send this out to our large client database of potential buyers.
Sold! What happens Next?
When we receive an offer for your property, we will notify you both verbally and in writing outlining details of the offer. eFour Homes very own in house Mortgage Broker, qualifies all our buyers and our broker will be able to advise you on the likelihood of the offer proceeding. Once you have accepted the offer, we will prepare a Memorandum of Sales outlining all the particulars and send it out to all parties involved, confirming the agreed sale.
